What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you are immersed in the soothing vibrations of instruments like singing bowls, chimes, and drums. As you lie down comfortably, the sounds wash over you, helping to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and create space for stillness.

Who Should Not Attend?
While sound baths are generally safe, they may not be suitable for:

What to Expect
When you arrive, you’ll step into a softly lit space designed for deep relaxation, with fairy lights, candles, and gentle aromas to help set the mood. The group will be small—just eight people—creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
You'll have time to find a spot and get comfortable. Once everyone has arrived and settled, I’ll share a few gentle reminders before we begin. Then, you’ll be invited to lie down or sit in a way that feels best for you. I’ll guide you through some simple breathwork and mindfulness exercises to help ease you into a state of rest.
For around 45 minutes, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of different instruments, allowing the sounds to wash over you. There’s nothing you need to do—just relax and receive.
As the sound bath comes to an end, I’ll play a final song to gently bring you back to the present moment. Once the music fades, I’ll guide you out of the relaxed state, giving you space to reconnect with your surroundings.
Before we close the session, you’ll have about 10 minutes to simply be—to rest, reflect, or pull an oracle card if you feel drawn to. There’s no rush, just a soft landing before you return to your day.
